Processing Times

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. 

Orders are not shipped during weekends or public holidays.

If we are experiencing high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed; Customers will be notified.

Shipping Rates & Estimated Deliveries

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.
Please choose the correct shipping price, unable to do so we will hold your order while we contact you for the remaining costs.

Flat rate (Out of Auckland: $8.99

For rural deliveries, please contact us.

Delivery Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.

Tracking / Lost & Damaged Packages

A confirmation email with tracking number is sent out once your order is shipped.

Once the order has left our hands, we are no longer responsible for the package.

If a package arrives damaged, please contact NZPost immediately.

We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes.
